I finally saw thw video. It was not working earlier, it said it was not available.

    1. Form was not TOO bad. Could have been better though. BUT at least this guys knows something about lifting weights, getting that negative in at the end. Thats going to pump your biceps up like a mother fukker.

    2. This mother fukker calls his Mom baby. Ha! Love that!

    3. Why didnt Mom help spot? I think he could have pushed out 2 more reps with a spot. He definitely could have gotten in a couple more negatives. He could have done it himself if he had 2 fukkin arms.

    4. So many fat dudes on SBR sitting around posting all day and eating cheeseburgers getting fatter and this guy is puting in work even though he is handicapped. Gotta respect that!

Chi, i think you are going to motivate 1 or 2 posters to get off their asses and do something healthy. Good work, pal!!!

    5. Chi, can You post a pic of Mom's ???

LMAO you want to see guys who can lift go to prison. All these guys in mags and contests would lose to a lot of convicted felons if they were allowed to compete. I saw guys benching 600 lbs, none of that help bullshit either you see from spotter but legit down and up with no help. Dead lifting who knows how much and squatting way over 600 as well.

When all you do it eat, sleep, lift and dream about killing the person that put you there these guys have a lot of focus.

Also more roids and supplements inside than on the streets so it isnt like that is an edge for 'regular' guys either.

In the end it is all about form and knowing how to lift. Most guys could lift a lot more than they do or think they can simply by doing it 'correctly'.

More guys can lift more when they bounce the fukkin barbell off their chest like a fukkin trampoline.

Chi, nothing to be ashamed about there. You gotta start somewhere. Canned goods are always a good (and cheap) option.

I bet you will be up to a gallon of 2% milk my the end of the week.

I am on Rudy's workout plan.

8oz drop sets down to final slam.

I workout in sets of 12, 18 but usually 24's. My personal trainer is Mr. Miller aka Mr. MGD.

they deadlifted a lot more than that, it was along time ago I cant remember the max of what they were allowed.. Squatting, I said more than 600 not sure what they were doing. But some guys can squat a lot more than others because they dont go nearly deep enough in the squat. I would say some guys would have done a thousand if they could, but where I was there was a limit put on weights in an area.

I am sure in less restricted places these guys can lift whatever they could throw on a bar.

Wanti, there's no way anybody in prison squats or deadlifts 600...

Pro strongman have a hard time with that... I can just imagine a guy on a low calorie/carbs diet trying to do that.

WTF are you talking about? I would bet the squat record in tested people is over 1000lbs deadlift probably close to 900.

As far as diet, how much time you spent in prison? Prison not some county drunk tank over night.

I thought you were a gym guy who knew about lifting?

Weight is pretty secondary when it comes to bicep curls. Kai Greene does a lot of his sets with 20-30 pounds.
