    Do people actually watch MSNBC?

Not sure how idiots like Chris Hayes on MSNBC, still have viewers watching it, just turned it on for a moment and they were talking about how their's no EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE that this administration has spent more than bushs.....

    The Empirical Evidence:
Obamas proposed budget is almost 1 trillion dollars more than Bush's....
As a % of GDP, Obama has increased our spending by almost 10% in 1 term
Obama did sign into legislation the largest stimulus bill in history
90% of Bushs TARP funds have been repaid, while less than 10% have been repaid from Obamas TARP funds.....

This is MSNBC NEWS for you....Not sure how this doesnt constitute empirical evidence?

Yet all you will hear all day is about how naive/biased/blatently wrong FOX NEWS is.....

FOX NEWS is hella less biased than MSNBC, they actually have shows with people on both sides making their points.
I just hear all the time democrats talking about how biased "FAUX NEWS" is....

fox news based on bias beliefs like
‎"America is not just a place. It's an idea..Our rights come from Nature and God, not from government."
"We were promised equal opportunity, not equal outcome"

while msnbc bias based on democratic beliefs like:
"YOU HAVE A SMALL BUSINESS! YOU DIDNT BUILD THAT! "

    Do you understand the difference?

Do you know where that quote came from? It is a deliberate misquote. "Government built roads, infrastructure... If you have a small business, you didn't build that." Obama didn't say that you didn't make your business. But if you remove it from context, it sounds that way. He said that if you have a business, you benefited from infrastructure which the government built.

Fox is unwatchable. BBC isn't too biased.

ya actually, I just misquoted it, I thought everyone knew the actual quote, and I didnt feel like looking it up, he was saying you didnt build the business on your own, he was saying your built it only thru the help of government, which is a toxic idea, its an idea that centers around the belief of a large government, (just look at spending)

demcrats are notorious for bullshit legislation that costs the american taxpayers millions, Have you ever heard of the renewable fuels standard? do you realize why cost of all foods are up in america? do you need me to explain to you how legislation that forces the supply of corn towards production of ethanol has increased it 300% when history it was $1-$3 a bushel tops? Do I need to explain to you how politicians can make money knowing that theyre going to pass legislation like this? (if you want I can post an article I wrote about it a couple ago)

liberals dont understand their legislations developed around the idea that "the poor is not getting equal opportunity" and "enviornmental-friendly" are the reason why were in debt/ americans are hurting more than ever....Just look at how they dont believe obamas administration has spent more than the predeccessors....

Imma go ahead and post it anyway because It doesnt seem many people know about it....

"In the early 1990s, the United States government issued a series of amendments to the Clean Air Act that included the requirement to use oxygenated gasoline (minimum oxygen content of 2.0-percent by weight for reformulated gasoline in ozone non-attainment areas, for what it's worth) to help the fuel burn more completely in combustion. One of the favored oxygenates was methyl tert-butyl ether, or MTBE.This chemical compound was chosen due to its low price and because it helped mixers generate higher octane ratings. All seemed well until California discovered in 1995 that MTBE was showing up in high concentrations in drinking water, which was traced back to spilled gasoline and leaky underground containers. Ethanol was widely seen as a safer replacement for MTBE and its use was pushed by the agricultural industry here in the States.

    "
Now only 15 years after gov't requires ethanol in our gasoline, (its reached up to 85% in some mixtures when 10% was normal back in the 90's) gov't also created a "renewable fuels standard" that FORCES the supplies of corn to be forced to go towards the production of ethanol (bout 40% now). This intern has TRIPLED the price of corn since pre-mandate that required this. Therefore those in charge of this legislation, and those who are in charge of helpin those get into office to create these forms of legislation would be able to profit substanialy off insider information like this in todays markets, for example they can easily place a "contract bid" on the idea, that the price of corn will rise during a certain period of time. no shit, not hard to predict when the cards are fixed under the illusion of "enviormental friendly" not even to mention that all our farm animals, pigs, cows, etc, eat this food so in term raise the costs of production for all these other products we buy every day. This is a conspiracy on the middle class, and these types of legislation are made for PROFIT AND NOT ENVIORNMENTAL FACTORS. Not to mention the competitive advantage to certain auto industries that have geared their products towards creating "ethanol-friendly" motors. Go figure that of the major automakers, GM is far our in front in supporting ethanol as an gasoline alternative. In 2008, "Government Motors" invested in two cellulosic ethanol start-up companies, Coskata and Mascoma. GM has alreaddy been bailed out by Obama , (also anyone notice the huge amount of recalls forced among foreign automakers like toyota in recent years by the department of transportation (aka gov't)) do they really need this advantage too? please let capitalism run its course and do not intervene anymore for your own profit, GOVERNMENT. Can someone please copy and paste this to our local congressman? maybe congress can debate this issue.....

Congress first established an RFS with the enactment of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct,P.L. 109-58). This initial RFS (referred to as RFS1) mandated that a minimum of 4 billion gallons be used in 2006, and that this minimum usage volume rise to 7.5 billion gallons by 2012. Twoyears later, the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA, P.L. 110-140) superseded and greatly expanded the biofuels blending mandate. The expanded RFS (referred to as RFS2)required the annual use of 9 billion gallons of biofuels in 2008 and expanded the mandate to 36 billion gallons annually in 2022, of which no more than 15 billion gallons can be ethanol from corn starch, and no less than 16 billion must be from cellulosic biofuels. In addition, EISA carvedout specific requirements for “other advanced biofuels” and biomass-based biodiesel.

The Renewable Fuels standard was fproposed after the Democatic Partys 100 hour plan during the 110th plan...

first paragraph is copy and pasted from:
    http://green.autoblog.com/2009/08/13/greenlings-why-is-there-ethanol-in-gasoline/rest is my rant....

    Amen, Smutbucket.
Typical moronic liberal response....I am farmer, no one cares as much about the enviornment as me. But this isnt about the enviornment. This is about profit. You probably believe in global warming, dont you? you believe that human emissions of carbon dioxide are causing the ice caps to melt and increased global temperatures. Your probably same type-a person who believes that putting holes in the ozone layer is possible......

Heres some facts for you to maybe rethink that "carbon dioxide" is a pollutant.....

This was what the ignorant ass democrats tried to throw on us before global warming:
Just look at the so called "O-Zone" problem, (atleast what they say is the problem) The O-zone layer is getting more and more "wholes" because of CFCs, our aerosol cans and carbon emissions and whatever else they may say is causing it. No one stops to question the simple facts behind the arguement. Like What is the ozone layer? The O-zone layer is electrically charged, oxygen, thats all it is, when oxygen raises into the atmosphere, reacting with UV RAYs, it becomes electrically charged and remains in the atmosphere (simple). Now like all gasses, there are some areas where its more concentrated than other areas, the most concentrated levels of ozone are at the top of the stratosphere, which is PRODUCED from UV Rays reacting with OXYGEN (makes sense its at the top eh?). The amounts of concentration are constantly changing with climate and location, yet somehow we are producing "wholes" in it. I think its pretty ******* egotistical of these enviornmentalists to say that we have the capacity to do as much damage to this awesome, resiliant, planet we call earth, as they say we've done. Dont they know the facts? In 1991, mount Pinatubo erupted in the Phillippines it injected more aerosols into the atmosphere than all the combined emissions of every human that ever existed. Yet the world still turns....In 3 years, the giant "whole" or stratospheric cloud from the erupition dissipated....The earth has a funny way of balancing itself out.

Now they say that carbon dioxide levels are reaching dangerous levels.....do you not understand how plants work? do you not understand they absorb the carbon dioxide/grow faster in higher carbon dioxide levels/ provide a balance for us humans, thats a result of millions of years of evolution. Do you realize were not even close to carbon dioxide levels in the past, when dinosaurs existed (maybe they secretly were having an industrial revolution too and emitting carbon dioxide we just dont know about)

These are facts you idiot, so go on believing that man is responsible/endangering the earth for carbon dioxide levels/creating non existant wholes in gaseous substances. All taught to you by democratic politicians the likes of AL GORE who oddly enough is now selling "carbon credits"

My plants are kicking ass and growing faster than ever because all the extra CO2 in the air. SO EMIT ON EVIL CORPORATIONS!

Numbers are from the CBO........you can find them many places on the internet.....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_...federal_budget for the proposed budget numbers....
http://www.usgovernmentspending.com/...ury_chart.html for the actual % of GDP...
Do I have to cite the source that proves Obama signed into legislation the "American Recovery and Legislation Act of 2009" ?
    http://www.thepoliticalguide.com/Pro...ma/Views/TARP/

On the political guide you can also find many other facts about what the costs/expenses are of the actual legislations/stimulus bills all of our representatives have voted on/passed......

Dont be naive, there is TRUE VALUES out there, these arent just made up to "push my own political agenda".....

Amazing how a random internet poster knows more about science than ... scientists. Also knows more than the scientists the Koch brothers hired to disprove global warming, who had to admit that global warming is a reality.

Of course if you're a farmer, you're probably learning a thing or two about global warming right now. Or can you not spell "drought?"

And before you say "there have always been droughts," bear in mind (if you have a mind) the huge difference between observed phenomenon and predicted phenomenon. That is, there's huge difference between telling us what the past lottery numbers were (which wouldn't be useful), and telling us what the future ones will be (which would be amazing).

Just cozy up to your comfortable delusion that we can somehow poison the air and water without hurting the world. You'll be a POS, but you'll be a dead POS before your grandchildren die of your stupidity.

Although it does appear that the scientists are wrong about one thing: it's all happening much, much faster than they thought. So maybe it'll be your children you're killing. That's fine with me, actually: intelligence is heritable. But that my children will die from your stupidity, yeah, that's a tad aggravating.

But ask yourself one thing, oh brilliant one: why don't you want to believe that poison is a bad thing, and that global warming is coming on with amazing speed? What is the emotionalistic, childish, temper-tantrum of a "reason" that you're so hysterically desperate to deny the evidence?

You said "This is about profit." Yes. Corporate profit. Very good. If you were a Christian--you're not, I can tell by your mean-spirited drivel--you may have heard of the expression, something along the lines of, "What does it profit a man, to gain a kingdom, if he should lose his soul?"

I think this drought is pretty normal, especially since 2 years ago, we had one of the coldest winters AROUND THE WORLD, you take a "drought" in america, and relate that to "global warming" ....come on......you cant be serious? anyone notice how they are no starting to change it from "global warming" to "climate change" ....I think thats pretty telling of the "science" behind global warming......

No matter what you think of Fox News, there is one indisputable fact: they dominate the cable news ratings. As of the latest Nielsen numbers, Fox News has won the ratings every month for an entire decade. The network first surpassed CNN for the ratings title in January 2002.
“We are extremely proud of the phenomenal achievement created by the hard work and talent of the FOX News Channel employees,” Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes said in a statement, “and recognize how difficult it is for a cable network to sustain this level of dominance for a decade.”
In January 2012, FNC averaged 1.942 million viewers, almost doubling their numbers from January 2002, when the network averaged 1.091 million. And it’s not just dominating cable news — FNC ranked fifth in all of cable during January, according to Nielsen Media Research, behind only ESPN, USA, History and TBS (CNN and MSNBC ranked 23rd and 27th respectively). Earlier this month, during the week of the South Carolina primary, the network landed in the second overall spot in prime time cable rankings, behind just USA.

Here's a big difference between us, Smutbucket: I don't know anything about farming, so I don't argue with farmers about farming. I don't know anything about car repair, so I don't jump into debates between car mechanics. And so on.

Yet you, who know nothing about climate science, will gleefully decide that the climate scientists are wrong. Brilliant. Scientists said the earth is warming, then we have the hottest 12 months in US history (the last 12 months) and you think it's just coincidence?

In a column published in the New York Times, Mr. Muller wrote, "Call me a converted skeptic. Three years ago, I identified problems in previous climate studies that, in my mind, threw doubt on the very existence of global warming. Last year, following an intensive research effort involving a dozen scientists, I concluded that global warming was real and that the prior estimates of the rate of warming were correct. I'm now going a step further: Humans are almost entirely the cause."

Here's another difference between us: if I and other environmentalists are wrong, we'll all be happy.
If you're wrong, we'll all be dead.

That in mind, which seems the wiser gamble? Continuing mass pollution, or cutting back on it?

But you do have a win-win position. If you're right and massive release of CO2 into the atmosphere won't have negative consequences, we'll all be alive to toast your genius.

And if you're wrong, no one will be around to say, "You moron."

    Win-win, really. Good for you.

thing is, you expel the same amount of c02 as me. actually I eliminate more c02 in the earth by planting plants all the time.

you probably dont give a shit why the price of every possible food in our economy has risen drastically due to the fact that corn factors into the production of almost everything we consume, do you understand that?, and we havent even implemented the carbon tax yet, (its obvious idiots like you will elect liberals to impose this on everyone, AFTER ALL its been one hell of a hot summer!) so then when you notice how every small business is put out of business and we have giant corporations everywhere, using bullshit legislation like carbon taxs, you will understand, demcrats been touting things like this forever now, that corporations are bad, meanwhile raising the taxes on everyone, businesses big and small, (look at new healthcare law raised 22 taxes) lining their pockets the entire ******* way, you guys dont understand that implementing taxes on them doesnt effect them, (the large corps have the capital/credit to withstand) and in turn they just pass the cost onto the consumer. small businesses will never be able to compete with the big ones, no the whole concept of how business actually works(and good business/production works) has been dumbed down to you, due to legislation like "minimum wage laws" that dictate the pace of business, instead of market forces, production, negotiations determining what one person is willing to do for work, and what one is willing to pay.....let me guess, you have a minimum wage job?

"romans only care about the pebble in the shoe"

I think its hilarious (and telling) your source is left wing propaganda machine, new york times......and the fact that their is no science in the article, only "renowned scientist" says "global warming is real!"

thats apparently enough for you to go down to your local voting station and vote for AL GORE!
