ive already lost about 9 lbs and im hovering around 217. i still cant really tell yet (that ive lost any) i hit my max for fat distribution so everything started to go to my belly (beer belly). so i still have that belly
i used to be really really in shape, played tennis 4-5 days a week. then after i got out of college i started working and it was so demanding i had to use ritalin to keep pace and then would drink 5-6 beers a night to calm down. ive really calmed down with that pace if i didnt used to make $2,500 a week i would be pissed. but now i know my limits
but yeah all those extra calories built up over the years and i put on about 20-30 lbs
luckily ive still got a great hairline and a nice ride and good clothes and stuff so i still have high self esteem, just that wow gaining weight can really sneak up on you. luckily i have no desire to drink at all anymore so i should be good to get to at least 186 lbs, but my real goal is a federer like 176

or you can keep sipping down those buds and in 3-4 months be even fatter
