Maestros has amazing steaks, bit pricey. I enjoy the buffet at the mirage, has every kind of cuisine, Chinese to Mexican.

It's all subjective. Age, income, are you running solo, with the boys, or with your wife/girlfriend, etc. etc.

Buffet.........like others have said........the Wynn has a nice spread

I'm with Chalky.....sandwiches at Carnegie Deli are fantastic

I've had very enjoyable steak dinners at: N9NE, Carnevino, Craftsteak, STK, Prime, etc......the choices are endless.

Other very nice experiences: Picasso, Valentino, Alize, Shibuya, Eiffel Tower restaurant (the view of the water show at Bellagio is very nice)

the problem with places like this in vegas. also rao's in caesars forum shoppes are they are rip off's of the original establishments and the food for the most part in these places tastes like dog shit compared to the original real carnegie in nyc.

last time out i grabbed a sandwich at carnegie and couldn't believe how horrible it tasted. nothing like the real carnegie

    I guarantee it

I bet 99% of you eat at the Circus Circus Buffet and then claim that you actually ate at the Rio or Wynn Buffet

I am thinking about making a filter for this fourm

It will automatically replace "Cosmopolitian" with "Riviera" for example, or "Venetian" with "Excalibur", or "Wynn" with "Imperial Palace"

So when someone posts about how he is staying at the Wynn, it shows up to me as "I am staying at the Imperial Palace"

Because I am 99% sure that is actually the case. They will just commute up to the Wynn and play there so they think they are big time and technically they can say they stayed at the Wynn

It is Vegas. A Place to go and do shit you normally don't do at home. Smoke cigars, while holding an adult beverage and walking down the strip seeing girls in skimpy little dresses, all looking for some nice guy to lay the pipe.

Out here in PHX, I rarely go to a nice restaurant. In Vegas - I am a big shot as far as I am concerned, and I treat the hell out of myself.

Work too fukkin hard to be a broke dikk fukk on vacation. As such - nothing but the best (or the best based on my means).

I literally put away money every pay check for my yearly trip to vegas for March Madness (I go to vegas a lot relatively speaking - 4 or 5 times a year). So, if I go out of my way to save up from the second I am back in PHX, to the day I leave it in March, you better believe it isn't going to be a frugal trip.

I would vote this #1 as far as steakhouses go.

Me, my wife & Bronxer ate here a few months ago. Food and service were both excellent, and the ambience/setting is the finest of any restaurant I've ever been too. When they open that wall to make it outdoor seating, its beyond awesome.

My wife and got the Pepper Crusted Chateaubriand for two. Excellent! I think Bronx got the Rib Eye. Everything we had in that meal was top notch.

I know this will sound crazy, but they have a dessert you have to try. Its called Funnel Cakes, and its exactly what it seems. But these aren't your ordinary Funnel Cakes, pal. They have a pastry chef back in the kitchen that clearly knows his sh*t!

    Enjoy!

    Human size.

I do get some strange looks. Hard to be very inconspicuous. Although here in Texas we have a lot of big guys. I used to never be able to find size 15 shoes when I was a kid. Now they're available in every shoe store, not to mention the internet.

    People are just bigger now.

Haha, awesome - going to a place that will leave a lot with sticker shock at first glance at the menu, and the fukkin' guy recommends carni food.

    Fantastic.

Thanks man. Big Rib-eye steak guy if I go the steak route, but since I'll most likely be bringing my lady that Chateaubriand might be where I end up.
