Need Some Vacation Advice for Next Week

Hey guys I want to plan a last minute vacation next week somewhere in the Caribbean or where it is warm with beautiful women and nice clear blue water and white sandy beaches. Looking to leave this Saturday or Sunday and return Friday or Saturday of next week.

You guys here like to travel a lot and have been to many places. I was wondering if you could recommend me anywhere. Willing to spend up to a grand for hotel and airfare but any great discounts or sites where I can get great discounts would be appreciated.

Gonna start a new job on the 16 of July and want to take next week off to relax before I enter the hustle and bustle of Manhattan work life and commute.

Any ideas? Currently looking at Aruba or Bahamas. Maybe Hawaii too on Priceline. Would be nice if I can find a place where something special is happening or the weather and prices are especially cheap and there are a ton of beautiful friendly hot women there. Maybe even a nice casino or a poker tournament going on near by.

I just saw a 5 day 4 night for $1000 even and airfare at the Wyhndam Nassau Resort and Crystal Palace on Bahamas website.

Is this a good hotel and deal?

I would look at last minute deals on different travel sites. Usually cheaper that way.

Check out Grand Cayman, Seven Mile beach. The Bahamas are also very nice. I like places where I'm not hassled though so I tend to go to areas where there are less tourists.

How long will I have to arrive at the airport beforehand to go through all that checking and other BS before I can get on the plane. Flight most likely will be 11 am ET. Usually with U.S. flights to other U.S. cities it isn't that bad....maybe half hour wait on line at most.

He never called me back to let me know if we were gonna meet up. Plus I spent all three days Fri-Sunday at Foxwoods....won a $1000 profit playing 1-2 NL hold 'em.

    Hence my vacation plans.

Depends on the day and airport. I usually get there 2 hours before just to be safe.

    Guys,

If I were to book a flight to the Bahamas which island would be better considering all things I said above? Grand Bahamas or Nassau/Paradise?

Just booked it. Couldn't print the vouchers though for the bus pick up from the airport to the hotel and back. Still paid an extra $30.00 for it.

glad you made some cash at foxwoods transfers arent really worth the cash just take a cab. enjoy your trip. there is a bar on thursday night that is ladies night in the bahamas good mix of locals and tourists. nassau is the place to fly into. nice sportsbook in wyndham low limits though most atlantis would take is a nickel so they should be about the same

not sure if they have poker. ask the cabbies or the workers at the hotel for nightlife. thursday night they will all tell you about the ladies night spot(forgot the name of it was there 2 months ago with my son and his friends)
