    Gloriously Peaceful Sunday Morning SBR!!

    What a peacefully serene Sunday morning here in southern IL! No actual plans for today since ball games were cancelled due to excessive heat, so after work we can just enjoy the day!

    Spent Friday up in Champaign, but yesterday was ball games and an evening of letting the kids play in the sand on the edge of the river, or at least what is left of the river... It's getting fairly low, not the lowest I have seen in years but still can almost walk across it in parts.... If I can get them to upload on to the computer I may actually have pictures from it later

    So, what did all of you do the past two days

    Any luck in the gambling arena? Any great plays for today?

    If your city has a total of three stoplights, no major retail store within 25 miles, and the closest major airport is about two hours away then we do have a lot in common...

    Well right now there is a burn ban going on due to the dry weather but during normal season it ebbs and flows kind of like the river. There are times it is flooded into the fields and down to the Y ( a y in the road not a YMCA) and others it is more like this...

    Farm fresh eggs for brunch sounds really nice Blondie, I used to get them straight from the farm. Huge difference in taste. I live in downtown and a bachelor so too lazy to cook this morning so just walking over for one of these contraptions. mexican or a western omelet. The mexican omelet has guacamole so may try that.     Anyway... last night's dream:

    I'm sitting at the _Golden Banana_ in Peabody, Mass (strip club... and not some wimpy topless one, but full-fledged nude) when... all of a sudden the M.O.C. wheels this huge egg onto the stage, and Def Leppard's "Pour some sugar on me" begins to blare.

    The egg begins to slowly crack -- succumbing to the pulsating vibrations of the song -- and out pops this blonde girl (and I do mean bona fide blonde!) in all her Birthday Suit glory.

    The only thing covering this spectacular sight of womanhood is a sash with "SBR MOD" emblazoned on it.

    And... oh yeah, she's trying to strategically cover herself with this tiny chicken feather... but to no avail.

    Phew... needless to say, quite a bit more ensued in this dream... but I'm saving the more juicier details for when I teleconference with The Giant later this afternoon for our weekly session.

    Ya know, Blondie... his rates are really quite reasonable.

    That looks amazing greg! My mom has chickens so I was able to bring home some eggs from her house the other day.

    The difference between store bought and fresh is astounding.

    I totally agree blondie, you are lucky to live in the country. I just wish I could have free range chickens in my house but it would be a real mess, LOL, the taste of the eggs are so much better.
