Midterms slaughter of Democrats next month maybe in the House and Senate???
Starting to feel sorry for all the Libs with TDS I'm seeing on the news.. It was like a funeral on CNN yesterday on all the panels.. Was great!! Winning never gets old..

Amy Barret will be next, that's a no brainer. Trump runs politics like Jimmy Johnson used
to run the Miami Hurricanes he likes to run up the score. 6 to 3 on every major issue
from 2020 on will certainly MAGA, as much as anything will!
That 'Great Southern Border Wall' will be built even higher, & Blumenthal, Booker &
Gillibrand will be running from Sanctuary City to Sanctuary until there will be no Sanctuary

Time for republicans to win midterms, Clarence Thomas retires to give Trump his 3rd. Then Trump wins 2020 its all about if Ginsberg can hold out, if not Teump gets a 4th.
Then i believe you will see Roberts move squarely to the left which would put Roberts, Sotamayor, Kagan and Breyer voting more liberal, Teumps fearsome foursome voting squarely along party lines, and Alito would be the swing vote

I think Breyer and Ruth hold on to 2020. But both retire in 2021 assuming they make it that far.

I would argue that Gorsuch is anything but a moderate, he is a solid far right guy. I would’ve agreed with you about Kav but deep down I wonder how much he resents Dems and liberals now and how that will influence his voting. He is human after all.
Id put Kav left of the three of headed monster (Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas) but much more conservative than Roberts.
Either way, Kav doesnt bother me. He’ll be fine and you may be right, he may end up being the swing vote in controversial cases. I said Alito but he’s a pretty staunch conservative
Would be hysterical if Kavs first case he was the swing vote and voted with the ladies Liberals wouldn’t know how to respond

Gorsuch is left of Scalia and Kav is very, very similar to the Justice he worked for; Kennedy.
I would tend to agree with Kracken that Kav will probably shift to the right after what the Dems did to him. I sure as fugg would.
I don't think anyone can argue the court is more conservative by exchanging Scalia & Kennedy for Gorsuch and Kav.
Kennedy was far more conservative than some folks think. In the last nineteen 5-4 decisions, he voted with the conservatives every time.Comment -
