    Depending on the topic anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks I will repeat a thread. Looking for roughly 5 to 10 replies to
    the posts.

    Its all about numbers and page views.

    Management wants even more, but with scheduling this is where I'm at right now.

    Thats about right. The topic of Tony Richkas comes up only 2-3 times a year.
