    guess girls that get raped. its their fault because they were short dresses. I guess I leave it up to the news to blame the cops, when the criminals are the one who start the chase.

    True, probably if police stop chasing the crime rate will go up as many criminal will feel more confident and will not be caught most of the time. Who the hell knows.
