I use ebay all the time.

    Know what you want
Know what the cost will be if you go to a store / regular online route

ONLY use ebay if you can save $$$$$

    Include shipping in your computation.

The 2 biggest items / saving I bought was a 4 bottle holding Jager pouring machone ( saved about 100 bucks off everywhere else I could find )

Also bought a freightliner truck and paid about 7k less tgan I would for a comperable truck at a dealership

getting a few $50 ebay gc's in the sbr store doesnt suck

make sure you buy from US sellers with lots of feedback +99% and youre good

    EBAY
for those of you who dress up for work / dinner's - I always buy my Tie's and cuff links as well as tie tacks from ebay.

People who only wore the tie one time etc or new (great value) . Got 2 beautiful Trump ties this week for around 80% off store price.

yea only buy from guys with 100%.

well from amazon i bought a bunch of gifts for my dad for fathers day.

and with ebay... i've been buying sports memorialblia for the collection, use to collect alot with my dad when i was younger but when away to school, and just starting to get back into it again.

nice to have a hobby with him, i only buy ones with a c.o.a, more of a hobby for me then trying to turn a profit, nice to have in my man cave lol. but also of the stuff i've had some luck with getting cheaper, and if neccessary could turn it into a profit... thats +Ev..

one more thing, with the economy in the pooper, can find items on there for a lot cheaper then usually just because people need the extra income rather then some autographed mini helmets, or bats, or cleats

I love buying crap from eBay. There's the excitement of the auction, getting a great deal and then getting the package in my mailbox when you win... love it!

Quibids is one of those penny auction sites. Can be addicting, but you can get gift cards real cheap if you know what you are doing.

this... i did that with getting steelers memorialblia, it was basically a buy now, blind auction... and your guaranteed to get one of like 20 different players.

ended up getting a troy polamu helmet, and mike wallace signed football

Not just raping sellers, but they also took away the sellers ability to leave negative feedback. Ever since Ebay bought Paypal it seems they have forgotten that it's the seller that butters their bread. I appreciate a company that will try to go above and beyond to protect buyers from fraud and scams, but they need to also remember exactly who's paying the bill.

They know who's paying the bill. The percentages show that you will still sell no matter what. I've been on Ebay since 1999. Very smart executives in this company.
