    It's because he didn't disclose that he had raised $200k in the bond hearing.

    Those reports are saying his wife lied at the bond hearing because she knew about the PayPal money and she said she didn't.

    I'm not sure how he should get in crap for that but I guess her lying about the cash + the passport = a flight risk?
