    Big Mac attack

    i know why mcdonalds calls it that now. Visit the toilet about every hour

    Had a 3 coupons buy one get one free. I normally don't eat mcdonalds
    unless their doing that monopoly promotion but couldn't pass it up.

    Lost 30 pounds, gained back about ten last 3 days

    Bread doesn't go well with me.
