As for the babies, I'm guessing your f*ckin' around but I can see where it would be true if mixed kids are included. It's common thought now that "stupid" people have a lot of kids. Whites in the suburbs have a very low birth rate and some of them are mixing so that adds to the numbers on one side and takes away from the other side. The mixing is promoted by media and numbers. At some point the average person will look a little darker then Jason Kid.
