I don't like threads being clogged up with arguments such as that any more than you but the way to stop it is to get the moderators to act. It's been their failure to deal with the cause which has resulted in what you are complaining about.

But when I see a post containing a false accusation or gross insult to me, that's where I am going to retaliate rather than let it remain unchallenged. Would you tolerate it if you were the target?

Ok, fair enough. I just know when I started to lurk here long before I signed up everyone seemed to be much more accommodating with each other in S&I and TT. Maybe it was just my pregnancy hormones at the time. But it wasn't this constant clashing that we see now. I've learned a million things from Ganch, MF, durito, J7, you and others... you're teaching us all stuff. For every ultra nerd argument you were having, there were people like me grasping one or two things who enhanced our betting choices. I've been here since I was pregnant - long before I signed up. It saddens me that this is what it's become in here. I can only imagine what you long-timers feel.

Basically I'm taking the low hanging Hareeba fruit. He's been posting similar arguments for years on this topic without regard. He lumped the old MB in with Pinnacle and "regulated bookmakers". Without realizing that even super strong regulation fails (SportsAlive). He doesn't learn and continues posting the same shilltastic nonsense.

Keep in mind that SBR has changed through the years. With the new industry they protect revenue streams much harder than before. (I'd normally just say I was really naive, but ImBen shares a similar view and he's a pretty smart dude.) So basically when one person posts something retarded on a regular basis, he's much more harmful than in years past.

I also don't know why SBR doesn't stop books from running std scams. BM group stealing bet points from everyone who doesn't know better, fee robbery from a plethora of books, the ongoing KYC scam multiple books run, etc etc. Well I mean "I know", but I can't say that obv. Anyway, my point is that Hareeba is either incredibly stupid or just dishonest. There is no possible way he could post on this board for years and not realize that Pinnacle has US agents taking US bets. There are so many questions that you would need to know the answers to before you conclude "every person on this forum is a liar, I'll keep the stance I've held for a while now", that I find it impossible. Granted I think he's dishonest about his betting as well and a marginal winner if at all who lies about when/where/what he bets. Since beating mature markets with 5 figure limits is child's play to being really rish.
