JJGold: Simple Step To Been A Pro Gambler!!

JJ Gold I have to go against your previous thread but you do make good points for the Liars.. (who make up shit) http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/players-ta...ts-living.html

Actually its not that complex of been a Pro Gambler.. Im not to get in the whole percentage wise of how much a player should wager per day or anything.. I will leave that up to you guys..

Its simple: Homes are cheap now and if you don't actually own one try to buy one with CASH!!! No more payments
And if you paying mortgage on one - Dump that fuker and buy another one similar but much cheaper... ( hate to be honest if you are making payments you dont own Sh*t)

Buy your Cars Cash!!! Screw the Bentley for now..

Lower all your freaking bills which is not the biggest problem at all... that includes your porn subscription ( that your wife doesnt know about)

Cut up those Fu*in ************, what are we a world of Debt slaves..
I havent used one in years

Its your choice Players (message not directed at anyone even JJ)

But Im just saying.. Now after you actually follow common and sense steps
Players can sit on there fat asses and pound games... And quit that piece of shit 9-5...Well maybe some of you guys may need to get a Part timer if you thought the Cubs would make the playoffs

Who the fukk in this day and age wait until there 70 to retire..

Agreed OP. However, having a CC helps you to be able to leverage properties via a higher credit rating. If you want to get into real estate buy and hold etc, this is how you do it. You don't need to max them out, just buy a few things with them when you have the money already, and go home transfer the money over from your bank account.

    The rest is spot on

Every reasonable person needs a CC, probably 2

    1 from main Bank & an A/E

I still wouldn't need a CC, unless its buying Commercial property which is in the millions of $... but all homes would be bought with Cash

    I dont agree with that..
Those reasonable people go out and buy stuff they dont need with a CC, advertised by Corps. who they are begging Obama to take money from.. which doesnt make sense..

How do people feed the beast and now they want there money back

I don't think there's anything really wrong with having a (no annual fee) CC or two BUT you MUST pay them off in full each month. Same with buying things 90/180-days-same-as-cash. Those holding the note are betting you can't/won't be able to do it but if you have discipline & a plan it absolutely can be done.
