First the original prosecutor steps away wanitng no parts of this lynching, then the new Prosecutor comes with over the top charges hoping to eiher force a plea agreement or to put her burden in the hands of the judge and jury.
As everyone in the case desperately tries to get this case out of their hands the appointed Judge in the trial (Judge Jessica Recksiedler)
has now come forward citing conflict in the case because her husband who is an attorney had meetings with the Zimmerman family and referred them to O'Mara.
This news looks to benefit Zimmerman since Judge Reckseidler looks to be the type of judge that would have favored the Martin campaign and their cries of equal rights. Zimmerman now appears to have another chance at drawing a judge who is more old school and less likely to give in to the demands of a lynch mob and their equal rights campaign.
