    i read about that earlier. if he thinks the lotto is an "investment", hes going to go broke fast. i bet he gets back less than $500.

    Highly doubt the powerball will be 25. More likely to be a number in the teens or high 30's actually.

    Let's see I used to go to the local coffee shop and play the #'s game with a return of 90% on 4 #'s.

    State moves in and puts bad guys out of business.

    State runs #'s game and pays circa 50%.

    Now who is the real crook/bad guy. Yeah I know they're giving it all back to the cities and towns. Bull Crap. 90% of it goes some guys uncle who pastes bill boards etc. Biggest swindle of all time.
