    just ate my 1st donut in years

    so i ate 12 of them, wasn't hungry when i started eating, now im starving to death

    For the people that say i eat donuts all the time. You actually think i would pay for donuts. i got these for free and all fresh.

    Time for my metformin shit.

    Yes ive gone from 350 to 320 the last 2 weeks. Think im back to 330 after those donuts.

    ps: ive been investigating a few people. They are calling me the mole at a certain place. Thats all i can say for now.

    I have some serious copying and pasting saved and some screen shots.
    Not sure i should disclose this info but i am thinking about it. It could get a few people perm banned but 3 of those i don't want banned. Don't think i could do this to them to get the rest in trouble which they deserve for how they talk about me and my family.

    its called low carb william, and cardio on a empty stomach, best way to burn fat for awhile.

    Hell people on biggest loser do that in 3 days, of course they gain it all back and last part of show pops up saying they did 8 hours of cardio a day and of course can't do that off the show and its for competition.

    I dated a girl a few years ago that started working at Krispy Kreme, she would bring dozens of donuts to my apartment. I fell in love with them. They really are delicious.... but then I had some self control and stopped eating them and that is why I don't weigh 350 pounds like ttwarrior.

    I think this girl had some major self esteem issues, I think she wanted me to be in worse shape to feel better about her self... she seemed upset that I had a six-pack.

    I haven't been in that many fights. Maybe 3 in my life. I lived with this real fat guy, about 310 pounds back in college and we were both drinking and he ran at me because I made a fat joke.
