OP you didn't plan enough ahead of time. Don't screw this up by paying ridiculous fees wiping out any +ev you might have on this bet you like. Get the max out of ATM everyday until the event, paying $3-5 per transaction, and place what you can on it. Better to put 2k on a bet paying $6-10 in fees than 5k with ~$500 in fees

I think I'm going to either take your advice and go to another bank that is open on Sunday and try the cash advance off my DC or try the cashing a check at a casino.

1) Go to the ATM tonight and however many days you have and take out the maximum you can for the day(usually this is 600)
2) Call your bank and ask for a Daily atm limit increase. If you can increase your limit to 5,000 you can go to a ATM right now and withdraw 5,000 out of it. You'll just ahve to make 5 transactions of $600 bucks. $600 is the most a ATM can feed out at a time(unless it distributes 100's)
3) If you have a local credit union and cant do option #2....At every casino in the world you can do a cash advance. This can be on a DC or a CC. Its best to do it on a DC because then your not subject to paying higher interest which starts to accrue the days of the purchase at the highest possible APR in your credit terms. Ive done this once at a Indian casino and it was pretty expensive. At the commerce in la it was like $20 maximum fee for any amount up to like 10,000.
Option 3 will always be available to you. The fee could be high that's why i suggest option 1 to get the most money you can right away.
4) as someone stated earlier, call your casino you'll be staying at and ask customer service if they can cash a check for you/Describe potential options to you.
Check won't work on a Sunday, how are they going to verify your acct?
DC 5k advance must be some high fees involved
You may have to call your CC company/bank to approve the transactions but you can cash advance at least up to 10,000 at any casino.
If he has a major bank like BofA chase or wells fargo they can verify his account 24/7/365
If he has either of these 3 banks he can get a ATM limit increase to at the very least 2,000 a day in a 5 minute phone call. For BkofAma you can do it online without picking up the phone.
I did a cash advance on a CC once in Vegas... I think the fee was 96 for $1,000?
So it'd end up being $500 if I did it at the casino! That sucks!
Do you think BkofAma would refuse to increase my daily maximum to $5,000 if I asked them? The problem is, their customer service department is closed and I would need to book the flight before I can get an answer out of them.

Yeah it is BofA, I just called them and they are closed so can't get any information, but if they will raise my limit to $5,000 at the ATM that would solve my problems.

$1504? is that all you have in your checkings account At the moment? Mine was 2000 not but a couple months ago when i was in Vegas. Yeah man, thanks, I got to that page but entered in $5,000 and formatted it correctly and then it said that it is an error because I can not enter more than $1504.

You could pull 1500 out right before and right after if you set up your account now and ur in the right time zone
Well even at $1500 you could get 1500 tonight and 1500 tomorrow morning. Just got to figure out how to get the Other 2 grand.
