    What is wrong with this? Sometimes I do two sets, sometimes three sets, and sometimes five sets. People should never do three sets? If you are the "know it all" of weightlifting you will know that you need to change up your routine and not stick to the same amount every time!

    So does melatonin. Both of which you get enough of by eating whole, unprocessed foods. I have zero trouble falling asleep within minutes of going to bed, and I wake up refreshed and full of energy. Buying supplements, for most people, is a complete and utter waste of money.

    If you're looking for sleep then get some Benadryl. It works wonders. The ingredient in benadryl is the same thing they put in sleeping pills they sell over the counter.

    In which part of my statement did you infer that I am a dumbass? I would love to read a medical journal, or any type of proof, that says that a vitamin or supplement is superior to its' natural form contained in whole foods.

    I'm well aware of our bodies' digestive system. Fat doesn't turn to fat; our bodies' need fat to survive. Tell me, oh wise one, what specifically causes fat storage?

    if you need help sleeping, try melatonin 3mg... buy a quality brand as studies have shown that alot of the commercial brands dont have real melatonin in them...

    dont use more than 3mg, theres a weird response curve, where using too much reduces effectiveness...

    it doesnt work for everybody like anything else.... but its natural, over the counter and relatively side efffect free... give it a shot

    there is a product that has melatonin valerian and tryptophan , all 3, infomercial on tv, not sure if you saw itwith chuck woolery

    You sound like one of those guys that gets a cold and takes meds for it instead of vitamin c and won't take it because its not in its natural form

    I don't get colds; I eat right.

    And it shouldn't take 3 pages of info to state what specifically causes fat storage. One sentence summary is all that's needed. You should easily be able to do this, since you've ready over 4,000 books in your lifetime, and apparently you have a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science.
