    they want 150 a month or more. Can't afford it

    Im telling you, I don't pay to the cc company. I pay to the court, then the court pays them. The court checks and if i don't pay they put you in jail

    Just like if someone stops paying child support or what they owe the court in cold checks. Stuff is different in my city of 5 or 6 k people.
