    Spankie, I've been telling Steve/'s that ceiling is a fok'n disgrace for 2 years now. Sure, it's a rental but Tebow H. Christ it's a total wreck.

    Steve/'s take this time and fix that fok'n ceiling. Probably nothing you can do about your balls but that ceiling can still be saved.
