    Been going every night after work for 2 weeks. Eating right down 7 pounds. Feel great!
    3 miles on bike
    1 mile fast walk on tred mil
    .5 mile fast walk on max incline on tredmil (talk about a hard workout)
    1 mile jog on tredmil
    Misc weights

    On bike now. Get to the gym fatties

    no need to go to the gym.... got that fast metabolism, and i am active everyday at work and throw in some light workouts at home and i also eat pretty decent compared to most people... but good job keep it up and soon you won't be a ______ anymore

    I'm alternating Cardio and weights every other day...still on the rebound from surgery so I've got to work light right now...but even on my best day I never got to that level
