    ttwarriors weighloss and goals thread

    goal : to be under 350 in 2 weeks. No more potoes, bread, chips, doritos, unrefinded sugar for me

    goal: to be under 315 by june.

    goal: to be able to incline bench over 400 and squat and deadlift over 650 with no momentum by june with no supplements and pain free.


    goal: to get 4 hour of sleep a day instead of just 3

    goal: to have laptop turned off by 4 am instead of 5 am

    goal: no SBR Casino after 2 am: 90 percent of my pts are lost between 2 am and 4 am


    Start a new total upper body routine of warmup sets and 1 set to failure with super slow form and 20-1 hour of cardio : no more easy bike riding

    goal: to have pics of me and opie and jj in the hot tub at sbr bash with our shirts off


    goal: to take cayenne, celery seed, garlic, vitamin c, cinnamon supplement everyday and to not stop taking it just because i feel good

    goal : to take my natures way multi everyday and stop buying one bottle and being done.

    goal: to cure restless leg syndrome and get off .25 ** of clonozapam even though its a small dose.

    goal: to take the supplement eyebright everyday

    goal: to find a virgin between 24-44 that looks good , less then 2 kids, and no tatoos to date

    goal: to drink 2 glasses of water before bed and upon arising everyday.

    goal: to eat a banana and apple before bed instead of doritos and ice cream. This won't go well

    dude you need 8 hours sleep if your serious about losing weight and training, your body needs down time in order to recover

    **** taking supliments and vitamins, eat more veg after all thats where they come from + it will aid your weight loss

    dont eat anything before bed bro

    Getting off the Clonozapam (Benzo) will be hard depending on how long you have been taking it. Most people who get off benzos lose a significant amount of weight. Best of luck to you in reaching your goals and beyond!

    secondary virgin and yeh unrefined, i don't need tips on training, diet or supplements. I am a personal trainer just don't necessarily follow what i recommend.

    and yes i just ate 2 ice cream sandwiches

    Sleep? can't sleep, generally don't get tired. Don't want sleeping meds. As far as clonozapam, im on half a milligram for about 3 years. Most people are on 1 or 2mg 1 or 2 times a day. I take half one time a day

    Bingo. This is good advice right here. I was just about to post this too.

    Also, you might want to change your pre-bed snack. Drink some milk or eat some cottage cheese. The casein (slow digesting) protein is good for your muscles and keeps you sated. Snack on the fruit during the day.

    In his defense, doc's usually prescribe a low-dosage benzo for RLS (restless leg syndrome). I never knew what RLS was until I broke my knee, and they had to cut across a nerve to fix it. Holy shit! It's the most annoying thing ever. Laying in bed at night, trying to sleep, and your leg is pumped full of energy, wanting to move. And you can't ignore it, it just gets worse and worse until you actually move it. After the physical therapy, RLS went away on its own, but man, I'd never wish that crap on anybody.

    agree with this my doctor told me, that just taking a multi-vitamin is pointless. 90 percent of it you piss away its better to eat veggies and fruits.

    V8 Fusion...red solo cup of it 3 times a day like clock work for me.

    Not sure Warrior should hit as many fruits to begin with as much as he should the green veggies....all that water and sugar in fruits will leave him craving the twinkies and junk in the beginning and he's admittedly got self control issues.

    ate a chinese buffet tonight, first one in over 4 years and a coke, first one in 5 years, and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. I got 2 little debbie snack cakes in front of me at 3 am and i think ill eat those too.

    I think Fatty ate an entire Chinese Buffet.
