I think most of us on here are in agreement that you just need to forget that Ho. Take all the crap she ever bought you and/or you have for her ( ex: christmas gifts) and get your money back or sell those items. You are depressed and this is a tough time of year to shake a bout of depression.

Seems to me depression either gets worse or better, it doesn't just slowly improve like a cold. You can make it worse by gambling and drinking(including weed).

You can improve dramatically by getting involved and just submerging yourself in your favorite (healthy) hobby. Maybe its fishing, golf, bowling, building models, watching classic movies, writing letters, downloading concerts or a gazillion others. Also, keep your environment clean by hook or crook. When guys get depressed many times the dishes pile up and the car gets neglected along with the laundry. With a few bucks you can run your laundry to a wash n fold and have them do it, spin into a Washtub and get the car super clean and call a maid service and get your house spotless...all for around $140. Its all part of staying positive and not letting this drag you down.

keep your chin up. There is no easy way around it. You're going to feel like shit for quite a bit. For 6 months or more you are going to be like a Fuking on and off switch. One day you're going to wake up with a fuk the world I am better off without her attitude, the next day you're going to be sending drunk text messages telling her you miss her. This is shit that you need to be prepared for and talk yourself out of. Don't send the messages. Don't call her a slut or say anything negative to her at all. Just deal with the shitty 6-8 months like a man and then move on to the next girl. Even if she came back to you at this point all you would be able to think about is her banging and suking off the other dude. This is not easy and it is ok to be mad or upset, but whatever you do, don't kill yourself over a girl. Don't give her that pleasure for the rest of her life. She will always think about how she had so much power over you that you killed yourself. You have to value yourself over anything else. Go punch a punching bag and lift some weights. Run a few miles and eat a roast with some beef broth and veggies in it. Every move you make for the next 8 months make it to make yourself a better stronger you. Don't get caught sitting idly, because that's when the demons of the past come to take a bite out of your good time. Girls can change their emotions like night and day. More than likely she is using the other guy as a rebound, but don't even concern yourself with that. Just move on with your life.
