Usually happens during the weekends for me.

    Panic Attack, Check

    Feeling Faint, Check

Feeling like I'm going to pass out, Check

Never actually have but sure feels like it every Saturday and Sunday especially on Sundays with games involving Tim Tebow.

Happens all the time among gamblers. Picking winners is the answer for avoiding stress.

    In all seriousness however,

Go to the clinic on campus and have your blood drawn/tested.

Could be tons of things. Cholesterol, low blood sugar......and other stuff.

The clinic on campus should be free or low cost.

Lay of the mountain dew also. That never helps especially during finals week.

Ya, last final is tomorrow evening. I will see if it subsides after this weekend when the semester is over. If not I'll see a doc.

I had a sinus infection last week. I read that sinus infections can trigger anxiety to be greater than normal. Hawley, we will wait and see, pal. Waiting game here.

Dude, maybe if you didn't weigh so much, you'd not have so many anxiety attacks. Stop driving and walk places.

Go out for a week in the woods with just a knife. Once you survive you'll never get another panic attack.

anxiety can be a bitch to deal with.

gotta remember, information is power. also, gotta keep ur mind/body active and basically 'fight the thoughts'

your fight/flight system is what triggers the physical sensations. the key is to sense when symptoms are coming on and deal with them before they really kick in

it's a bitch, but one that you can handle. and one thing to remember, if you think you're going crazy but can actually think that thought to yourself, be assured that you in fact won't go crazy as crazy people arent aware.. anxiety people have a heightened sense of awareness--- can be a bless or a detriment. up to you to decide

good luck and if you ever need someone to talk to, can hit me up

Anxiety attacks for the most part are harmless once you know what they are
    Diet/Stress and nerves trigger them
    Weed can cause them too
Try and relax , drink water, deep breathes
Mild meds are fine only when your feeling a nervous stomach or anxiety

Scary when you get them but you will be fine

No need to hammer here..serious question

take vitamin b complex... Multivitamin and fish oil daily... You will see improvement. Get your doc to prescribe you a low dose xanax if you're really unable to get away from it at times. It will take the edge off which is probably all you need.

    Deucer-

Here's what you need to do......MAN THE FUKK UP ALREADY.

Awww....poor Deuce. Are you stressed over school exams? Worried you might not be ready? Here's a free tip.......stay off of the fukkin' chit-chat room at 3:00 in the fukkin' morning! You should be studying or sleeping. You're not 18 years old anymore, pal.

You know I love you, Deucer......and I know this stings, but someone needs to give you a swift kick in the ass. Life isn't going to get any easier, pal. Don't let me catch you coming to some nerd filled, male dominated online chit-chat room looking for help with the pressures of life.

Grow a pair and show a little mental toughness, for fukks sake.
