    Best advice I ever got in this situation:

    Forget everything else and focus on yourself.

    Get off your ass and go to the gym.

    Stop doing the shit you two did together and go to some adult enrichment classes. Pick some activities you enjoy and go find groups of people doing them.

    It's next to impossible to get over someone if you don't get out there and start focusing on yourself, and before you know it you're a better person and more prepared to date again to boot.

    It gets better man.
