Yeah, you are probably right, but maybe if there's 1 guy out there that my post can assist, then it's worth posting it. I suppose however that most of the people that are using modeling through an SQL database probably already have 2+ monitors.....I would hope

Most people do not need multiple monitors, nowadays you can have split screens locked in especially if you have a big screen

Takes too much room, you actually might be better just having 2 different laptops next to you

I use 10 monitors when I gamble. This is why I'm the best.

if you are coding, it is hard to say in words how nice it is to have your code on one monitor (possibly one rotated to a vertical length) and your references / consoles on another. Work efficiency just goes through the roof.

Even if you don't need a second or third for work, it can still be really nice to have your odds page up, music up, chat clients, everything visible all at the same time. Prices are down, stuff is always on sale at amazon, I recommend it.

Maybe it just an IT thing. Most IT guys have multiple monitors. I guess it makes sense....

It doesn't take up too much RAM, what are you running? I was just thinking about this today, I need to get 2 to 2x productivity = 2x winning bets.

Running with 6 monitors, 3 of them on split screen mode. Right far side is only one with a stand alone app. Between all we're talking about 35 tabs.
