    I work in a prison and have seen some.pretty bad stuff and never had to turn away from anything or had to turn anything off... When the 2nd vehicle ran over her legs again I had to turn off and grab my infant son... I am going through some crazy personal stuff this week, but I feel more upset that the child in that video was abandoned in all that pain...

    I am not trying to make any excuses for why people did not help BUT it is known in China when these situations do occur, the people that help the injured are often charged by the cops as the person who did the crime.

    So thats a very possible reason why many of these people looked the other way.
