    Best game console?

    Thinking of getting one, don't know what to buy.

    Something to kill a couple of hours,
    not into internet, or multi-player games.

    Something like role playing or a run around shooter- something to get my mind off things for a few hours.

    Got several hundred burning a hole in my pocket and thinking of blowing it on something.

    I have Xbox 360....the only bad thing about it is that it charges you for online gaming.......But, PS3 is FREE....Definitely PS3

    I've had most, PS3, Xbox360 and the original Xbox and some lesser ones.

    Without a doubt, hands down, no contest, the original XBOX. Not only are the games free, but the propriety games on it are some of the best. Games had good gameplay, well thought out, faster than PS2 at the time and you could save to the hard drive. You were an idiot if you paid money for games back then.

    XBOX 360, the only reason people say PS3 is because online is free. well you get what you pay for.
