    I've never bench pressed in my life, I think I'd be fortunate to put up 125

    Somewhere between 160-180? Maxing out is dumb anyway, just a "who's rooster is bigger" thing. If you want to impress people it's all different exercises and how much you can do at 3 sets of 10 or 12 consistently with good form.

    And to the person asking about the legs, Mayan has a point. The more you work out and get your legs bigger, the easier and more effective it is to get the rest of your body in good form.

    I actually haven't eaten there in a couple of years. But yeah, I'm a stick. I literally weigh more now that when I was pregnant. Just a small chick who loves pilates and heat yoga.

    most people that bench do nothing but get injured. Last 5 mr olympia's never did a flat bench press. Incline bench and super slow training is where its at

    I havent done bench in 2 years, just dumbells now

    LOL @ the guy who said he weights 138 and did 225. He either did it 1x a few sessions and then stopped, or he did half reps. There isnt a remote chance your shoulders on that small a frame wont get injured from lifiting that unassisted all the way from your chest after doing it for an extended period.

    138 and 225 aint nothing, my friend in highschool did over 400 at 135 , although it was a national record at the time.
