    If you could choose not to sleep would you do it

    I mean we sleep because we have to but thats like 1/3 of our life we are asleep . If you could choose not to sleep without anyy health issues going on would you do it ?

    I'd rather it was cut to 4 hours per day.

    There was actually this Vietnamese farmer or something who has a condition where he doesn't have to sleep. He just stays up all night working the fields.

    I would love to not have to sleep. So much more time to research, cap, and be with family and friends. I'd rather a day be 36 hours instead of 24 but with the same 8-10 hour workday.

    I eat to live. I don't live to eat. Nothing wrong with either IMO (unless you take the latter to the extreme), its just how we are.
