I stretch, I use ice & heat. I hang upside down on my teeter hang ups (inversion table) & I use the TENS unit daily just to feel somewhat normal. I stay away from pain killers for the most part, I do drink vodka everyday to help loosen up my body but always keep it to a one drink max. I don’t get wasted everyday. CBD doesn’t do a fuckin’ thing for me unless I mix it with THC & I can’t find a good strain for my pain. Weed always f u c k s with my head in a negative way & leaves me very insecure it’s weird for me as to liquor does the opposite effect, lose all my inhibitions. My sober mind is pretty secure & don’t use any substances for that purpose.

Wear & tear working in construction as a electrician. My family has a history of bad/weak backs. The main source of pain is in my lower lumbar region L4 L5 I have spasms everyday from just sitting down for a few minutes & trying to stand back up I almost fall to my knees or have to lean on something as the spasm hits.
