    the gov only succeeds in driving up the cost of coke. it will always be available. the risk is high to traffic it. that is 90% of the cost.

    Not in CA.. Prices have been going very low for a while now. Of course, it's all who you know.... There are people that sit on em and wait for the drought but I have seen prices on the decline for a long time now... So much is out there and everyone is trying to get rid of it these days... Scary game.
