    What would you eat if you visited this place?

    It's a tough choice. I would probably go with a Mexican Pizza from taco bell and then a couple of KFC snackers.

    i know the black folks like some kfc/taco bell/pizza hut, but to have tripe on the menu. nasty

    edit: actually if memory serves me correctly we sold more tripe to mexicans when i was a meat cutter.

    Yeah Liver is another big deal for latinos, I myself hate the texture and taste of it... Can't say the same for Chorizo... it's good even if they use tripe... I think it's what's used for making sausage too...

    Here in Texas, it's menudo, great hangover food. The menudo in that pic has honeycomb tripe in it.

    I was the same way when I was a kid, I could only eat the tripe part if it was cut into real small pieces...lol

    Couldn't tell you how many Sat. or Sun. mornings I've run down to the nearest taqueria and grabbed a big bowl to ease a hangover.
