I love zombie films, I've seen countless amounts of them. Now, I feel like I'm running out of the high calibre fims. Yes, there is probably a million zombie films but a lot are barely films they are so bad.

So obviously, without including the classics and the mainstream for the want of a better word, can anyone please recommend a decent zombie movie that i can watch?

Machinina has this series called "Bite Me" that's good there are 5 episodes that are roughly 10 min long. Look into it, I am hooked

HAHA, Jimmy, I knew someone was going to mention a zombie stripper/hooker film. They are more comedy than anything else.

Not usually a fan of the zombie comedy film but then again SHAUN OF THE DEAD and ZOMBIELAND are two brilliant films.

Yeah, Braindead was the original name of the movie when it was released in NZ. They changed it to Dead Alive in North America because of another (really bad) movie by the same title. Make sure you have seen this one.

Fido is a Canadian zombie comedy film released in 2006. It was directed by Andrew Currie and written by Robert Chomiak, Andrew Currie, and Dennis Heaton from an original story by Dennis Heaton. It was produced by Lions Gate Entertainment, Anagram Pictures, British Columbia Film Commission and Téléfilm Canada.

The film takes place in a 1950s-esque alternate universe where radiation from space has turned the dead into zombies. This resulted in the "Zombie Wars", where humanity battled zombies to prevent a zombie apocalypse, with humanity the ultimate victor. The radiation still plagues humanity, as all those who die after the original contamination turn into the undead, unless the dead body is disposed of by decapitation or cremation. In order to continue living normal lives, communities are fenced with the help of a governing corporation named Zomcon. Zomcon provides collars with accompanying remote controls to control the zombies' hunger for flesh so as to use them as slaves or servants.

Yeah, I've seen both of them,loved them. people say they are not zombie movies because they were infected with the rage virus. I say, either way, you got people running after you with the intention of biting you until you're dead, I don't care what you call them, it still have the same effect.

I prefer the 'classic' slow zombie films though.

I dont really like the RE afterlife, it's just too dramatic and effect stuff, it becomes action movie not horror.
