More important tool: Plunger or Ladder?

I used both @least 3 times a year. The plunger maybe more often, since Chipotle is the bomb.

My ladder for Light bulbs for my vaulted ceilings, Christmas lights, smoke detectors, hanging shit, and other various things.

Although the plunger only has one use, I would still have to vote it as having much more significant importance. Clogged toilets, especially if you have visitors, suck.

Got more shit happening with a plunger.

I have probably used a screwdriver more than any tool for around the home though.

Read that if you don't have a plunger available squirt some dish washing liquid in the toilet, wait half hour and try again. Think it was an email from Bottom Line secrets.

Plunger I can always rig a ladder, but when some dumb broad clogs the toilet with a tampon, there is no alternative.

I'd say ladder. If i get a clogged toilet it usually takes care of itself after sitting for a while or i stick my hand in the toilet and loosen stuff up if im somewhere else.

no question plunger all the way. You can stand on a chair or figure something out for ladder emergencies... but no plunger... you are f'd.

Some of you would call a plummer for a clogged toilet?

Do you call an electrician for a blown light bulb?
