    Psst...wanna hear a secret

To really good food. I'll drop some tips in this thread, and since it is morning.

Best scrambled eggs you will ever have with a secret ingredient.

    keep it basic you fukks

    eggs
    onion powder
    pepper
    mayo
    flour

You can figure out the portions on your own. But after you mix that shit together, you are going to add the top secret flavor setter offer.

Low sodium chicken base. You don't want to over power the other stuff, so be gentle. But you have to get enough so there is a hint, the smallest of hints, to the flavor.

Easy to make and the best you will have.

And just in time for Memorial Day cookouts.

Secret to ultimately tender and juicy ribs, cause you need to get them started tomorrow. Make a rub with whatever you like, fukk what other people say. I usually start with granulated garlic, onion powder (best spice ever), brown sugar, dry mustard, blah, blah, blah

But here is the secret after rubbin your ribs

    Saran Wrap

Wrap them bitches up tight in whatever plastic wrap you use. Tight as you can get them. Add a layer of foil and toss them in the fridge. I shoot for at least 24 hours in the fridge. Toss them in the oven still wrapped in plastic and foil, 175 degrees for about 3 or 3.5 hours. Take em out, remove the wrapping and throw em on your grill for 10 or 15 minutes with a touch of whatever BBQ sauce you like. Sweet Baby Ray's is the shit.

Meat should fall off the bone.

Now go eat and drink like a baller

In Maryland, we eat steamed crabs on Memorial day.

    1. Buy a dozen or two blue crabs (females will probably still have roe)
    2. Get a steamer pot and fill w/ two 12oz cans of bud and equal amount white vinegar with half cup of water.
    3. Layer crabs in the steamer pot; put a healthy sprinkling (or shitload) of Old Bay spice between each of them.
    4. Get the steamer pot boiling first, then add the top part of the steamer (w/ the crabs) on and wait ~15-20 minutes (look for the orange-red color).

Serve w/ cheap beer or white wine.

    boil water
    add pack of ramen noodles
    add two eggs
stir to keep eggs from sticking to the bottom, try not to puncture the yolks

    enjoy.

Sounds cheap and delicious, 2 of my favorite things.

I don't like seafood, but I like the idea of pairing the crabs with "cheap beer or white wine".

When I'm hungover I fry my eggs with cottage cheese and some honey. Sounds gross, but somehow it works.

Get a zucchini and cut it on a bias to make 4 -6 large pieces

brush each side lightly with olive oil and a touch of nature's seasoning. Grill for a few minutes on each side.

Dice up tomatoes, black olives, onions, green and red peppers, and any other vegetable you prefer. If you are saving calories, just saute that shit in hot pan sprayed lightly with Pam. Not too long, just long enough to throw some heat on them. Put a couple slices of the grilled zucchini on a hoagie bun, add the veggies as a topping and hit it with some balsamic glaze, or toss the chopped veggies in a fat free italian dressing first.

It's the only way blue crabs should be cooked imo. I grew up in Maryland, but haven't been there for about 2 years; a lot of soccer/lacrosse moms out in the counties. Besides Baltimore (lots of undesirable female hood rats), I don't imagine that the hotness-distribution of women to be different from anywhere else.

    Forgot this one. Mayo again.

Put an ultra thin layer on your bun before you eat a hamburger or pulled pork (which I just did). Will keep the bun from getting soggy.

taste like a $30 meal for less than $10

get yourself some ground meat. I prefer the 85% as the 80 is too greasy and 90 and over is too dry.

wax paper, rolling pin or just smash it with your hands like a fukkin caveman. keep it kind of patty shape. i'm talking thin as JJ's hair here (fukk you gold). you will double the patties for how ever many people you are feeding. 2 people = 4 patties. 3 people = 6 patties.

but before you start all that shit, get an onion and slice it thin, toss it a frying pan with some butter over some low/medium heat and let it ride.

so now you take some cheap blue cheese (not too cheap, but no Stilton either). load it up in the middle of half of the patties. put one of the other patties on top just like a sandwich. pinch all around the edges to seal that shit. I like to use a cast iron skillet hot as hell. you want to sear the shit out of those bad boys on each side for about a minute, just to get a nice bark going on. after that throw the whole skillet in a 300 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

meanwhile your onions are getting happy.

you can butter your buns if you want and grill them up too.

either way, thin layer of mayo on top and bottom of bun, slide that sweet ass burger on, top with the slightly caramelized onions and take that shit to face.

    Yuengling black and tan

i do not fukk around with food.
