Life Extension puts out a lot of information on vitamins and supplements and if you live in the USA you should read this http://www.lef.org/featured-articles...servatives.htm

I live in Northern Europe and get very little sunshine half the year, so some Vitamin D3 is in my regimen. I also take some fish oils too.

Same here. I eat good most of the time and do just fine. The vitamin marketers have done a great job of scaring us into believing we need vitamins to be healthy. Scare tactic. The psychology of fear is amazing. It's actually the emotion most individuals act upon and these multi-billion dollar corporations know this. Don't think for one second they haven't doled out the money to bring in Ph.D's to consult with.

I can get all the nutrition I need in my diet. A favorite of mine is 1/2 spinach 1/2 field green salad with strawberries, 1 apple, walnuts, feta cheese and a aged balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette dressing. I also love steak and sweet potatoes with a side of black beans.

Just ordered some HGH. Human growth hormone. $80 for 3 month supply. Squirt it under your tongue 3 times
a day. Didn't recieve it yet, anxious to try it.

As you get older, you lose your growth hormones. This product is suppose to restore that hormone.

Supposed to restore energy levels. Testimonials say it drops blood pressure for those who have high pressure,
diabetes, face wrinkles, grey hair, limp dicks and anything age related.

Yeah, it sounds like the medicine man's elixir which is why I'm giving it a test. 3 months should be enough time.

Actually 2 iu would be enough a day so that would be around $250 a month not bad.
