    Hulu

Do any of you guys use Hulu or Hulu Plus? Been thinking about ditching my cable since I hardly ever watch it and when I do its the History channel or A&E. I can watch those shows on their websites.

I use HULU from time to time, there are a bunch of other sites to stream TV shows as well. The only real drawback to ditching cable is live sports. There are a number of sites that stream live sporting events, but the image quality won't be as good. The image quality of other TV shows are just as good, as long they are streamed in HD or DIVX.

I can get some sports on xbox live through espn, but I can't get all the sports I would want to watch. I might try some of the sites and check it out, image quality is not that important compared to saving money.

The only reason I keep cable is for local sports. Otherwise, it's hulu, netflix, and and a desk-top streamer. I use a roku so I can watch the goodstuff in my living room in front of my plasma screen.

yeah hulu plus is worthless. netflix live stream is awesome there are literally weeks worth of worthwhile movies and shows to watch but it's buried amongst years of stupid crap.

having to stream the nba playoffs this year sucked ass though

Besides Hulu, if you go to the individual network websites, they stream most of their shows. Don't keep them up for long though.
