I need 4 grand soon. Discover card sold my account and now i will be sued soon and appear in local court with my name in the paper, etc.

People keep saying there is no debtors prison, but where i live if you don't pay after being sued, unless you file for bankrupcty, they treat it exactly the same as child support. Jail time!!!!!

I expect to be in jail by the end of june. I may try something drastic since a 2 or 3 dollar parlay is not working for me, plus with no stars or tilt, no chance of getting lucky in a poker tourney.

The fvcking whoore from this debt place calls the house once a day. I answer and say he no longer lives here. I give cell phone number and listen to the voice mail everyday.

I have until friday suppovely before i get summoned by the sheriffs office to appear in court.

i won't file for bankrupcty for 4 or 5 grand. I believe its more than that with fees added. I would settle if this place would but i don't have a dime to my name. zilch.

Got 30 bucks in my wallett. a everio camcorder worth around 300. 50 at bookmaker and trophies and clothes. That's it.

Until then it will be a mark on your credit.

A huge percentage of judgements go uncollected. The united states did away with debtors prison a long time ago. Doubt your going to prison over this.

You don't go to jail for CC debt. What are you 12? Know the laws man, it's a civil matter. Sure they can get a judgement, (If you are served and served correctly per laws in your state).

It will go on your credit, so no worries of getting a new CC anytime soon, maybe that's for the best.

As for bankrupcty, you can file Pro Se, (which means by yourself) you can get the fees waived if you can't afford to pay.

Coming here for sympathy is the wrong plan, get up make something happen man. Maybe stop gambling?

It is against federal law for a company to contact you about debt collection during certain hours of the day, unless it is a commercial debt, which it is not since its your own personal debt.
4k dollars is easy to come by.

1. I have a company called bluegrass supplements and bluegrass fitness with a po box and 1 800 number to sell supplements but never made a dime with it. Someone start me a site and I'll give 90 percent of any profit.

2. I have a company called, passthatpisstest. I sell ghf fast flush liquid. I sale 4 a year maybe for ten bucks.

3. I watch my grandparents about 20 hours a week for free. I watch my uncle and sister for about 100 hours a week. My mom gives me 20 bucks every friday.

4. Any job where they check credit history, i cannot work.

5. Ive filled out over 10 thousand job appliications online and in person.

6. Also too much of a health risk even if i can whip anyone in weightliifting or tennis. Also have
an undiagnosed broken hip. If its not , then no idea what it is.

7. If anyone has a job idea I'd gladly look it over.

8. No i am not on any disability, never been on work comp, unemployment or ever been on food stamps.

9. Find me a job i can work online. I'll do it 16 hours a day for 20 bucks
