    No worries man...hit me Saturday or whenever...I am just interested in finding out if there are things I can do to improve my sleep thus, improving my quality of life....

    Some nights I sleep 4-5 hours, some nights I get to sleep 8-9 hours.

    I get 6 hours. I use CPAP machine for my sleep apnea..it puts me in deep R.E.M so my 6 hours is very restful. Wish I could sleep 8 hours.
