did you know to become an american citizen you have to speak and write english.
But you can be lets say, mexican , not speak or write english and tell the examiner that you can't write or speak in english or say can't speak english,
then the examiner then gives them the test in spanish and you can become an american citizen and then receive school, food stamps, medical insurance and see doctors.

I think it's been like that for a while. Take the test in your language and promise to learn ours.
The USA is on a steep decline and I'm not sure it is reversible.
