delete the thread, you chargedback...affecting us all...then you won and you want your money? you created a thread on here to get them to pay you.
i dont play there but know people that do and dont have your issue, they dont suddenly move into a house with known ********** issues, you either live in a shite neighbourhood or stop moving your trailer.
3 paged threads with numerous bullshit scripts from a poor clerk and you lying doesnt mean shit dude....
daniel,
We don't delete threads here. Please give me time to work on this. The less you post, the more likely you are to win.
You don't know what your talking about. I didn't move into any house with known ********** issues. The house I've lived in for 18 years is a secured IP signal and that is where I opened my sportsbook.com account and I can guarantee no other sportsbook.com account shares that IP address. Later on I accessed my account from public signals - so what!? Outside of never logging in my account from my own home, I could not have prevented this. and Mission Viejo, California is in the top 5 safest cities in the US man. Along with Newport, and the surrounding cities of Orange County.
I really wish you'd delete my thread, or allow the edit option on all the posts not just the most recent....
This is what I thought as soon as OP mentioned that as well. I don't know if SBook would do something like that, which could damage their reputation even if they claimed the guy was previously involved in a **********, but it just doesn't make any logical sense for them to request that he send them $800 so that they could then send him $26K.
I hadn't asked for a payout. I was planning on requesting maybe $5,000 for now to pay my buddy and a little for me, but I plan to keep wagering.... just clarifying... Great post with your 1,2,3 points.... And I still don't see what all the hoopla is on how I put my parlays together, if you guys notice, I only tried to win $3k and $2 in the first 2 parlays, that was all I really expected... The bigger ones were just for fun on Super Bowl Sunday, like buying a lottery ticket. The smaller ones I needed to win and put them in to hedge the bigger ones. I was being careful and safe with my deposit, and I don't think it resembles a scammer at all... they probably just bet all their money on big parlays, I only bet half of it on big parlays and the other half was just trying to win $5,000 back from my $2,000 balance start after the 3 game soccer won.
How does anyone not see this?
"Whenever a deposit is stopped/reversed (Sportsbook.com) reserves the right to void all activity in the account and the account holder will forfeit any accounts winnings deriving from the stopped/reversed deposit."
Lets say the OP did in fact open up those other accounts and charged back 800. He DID NOT win off ********** funds....he won off of CLEARED NON ********** FUNDS. That rule is clear as day....no way to swing it. SB.com has no choice, based on that rule, not to pay his winnings minus $800 and whatever bank fees applied
Thank you! I challenged the rep on that as soon as he said it cuz I said what the hell is he telling me that rule for? It has nothing to do with my account! The winnings were legitimate... The rep may have just been pulling the wrong rule from his ass and sb might have 20 other similar rules related to every possible scenario including if you ever login to your account from any access point other then your secured home internet then your liable for anyone whose ever made an account with them and stolen from them.
Phew...........good luck in straightening this out. As for Betus, I have my own personal shady stories concerning them, so I do believe they are at the root of any dispute against them.
They've got a gold mine over there.
That domain name will pop up first on "sports book" searches and most first timers w/o a clue will get sucked it and swindled.
Fact: Jazatte (Sportsbook.com) could care less about forums.
daniel,
let me say to you what justin7 is trying to tell you in words you can understand:
SHUT THE FU(* UP AND QUIT TYPING IN THIS THREAD
and by the way, i have always used sportsbook.com and have cashed out a bit. but they handled a problem i had recently very shady so i quit playing there altogether
Good luck man! I think that you will need a lot of luck to fix this situation.
Daniel, for the love of GOD, do not respond to anything or anyone else until you hear from Justin. In the words of the miranda, you have the right to remain silent, and anything that you say can and will be used against you. You are hurting yourself here, pal. Please, I really want you to have a happy ending here if you are in the right, so let Justin do his thing, and then we will hear the full story.
Yet another sad thread of somebody being stiff by Sportsbook. You won big, and they've found something they desperately needed to give them an excuse to stiff.
Years ago they stiff 100's of players for doing correlated parlays despite their software allowing it. If you lost no one cares, it's only when your cashing out this shows up. I really believe that your not going to see a single penny based on their past experience and their disregard for SBR's mediation here.
Next time play at these books only!
Diamonds or Bookmaker
Bet Jamaica or The Greek
Wow.
Your ****** kid. Why you would deposit with Sportsbook let alone 1k is beyond me. You deserve getting stiffed for the entire 25k.
That sucks, too late now of course, but that is why you got to stay away from those crap books. Covers is a joke..
Hope you get your money. Sounds like you earned it fair and square.
I cant even lie, I began my betting career with sportsbook.com and therx.com. I quickly did my research and switched books. I see what you mean, but if your depositiing 1000 into a book with that software... you should have known better. I hope you get that 25k but if you would have just played at Bookmaker you would of already been paid.
This kid is so bloody stupid. continuously posting his license and CC info on an internet forum. no wonder he has identity theft issues and chargebacks. i believe him when he says he is innocent. but when an idiot so recklessy reveals personal info and documentation on public forums what do you expect. there will be thieves taking tha tinfo and posting chargebacks to his name.
STOP BLOODY POSTING IN THIS THREAD YOU IDIOT. LEARN AND STOP BEING A STUPID OUT OF CONTROL MORON TEENAGER. YOU ARE A KID WHO HAS NOT SEEN MONEY LIKE THIS BEFORE AND YOU ARE LETTIN GYOUR EMOTIONS GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR DECISION MAKING. BE RATIONAL. I BELIEVE YOU. BUT WAIT AND GIVE IT SOME TIME. LET THE PROCESS RUN ITS COURSE. STOP BEING A LITTLE FUKIN KID WHO MOMMY AND DADDY SAY TO SIT DOWN AND YOU KEEP FIDGETING AROUND AND ASKING THEM "ARE WE THERE YET ? ARE WE THERE YET ?
WAIT UNTIL SBR TELLS YOU IF YOU ARE THERE YET !!!!!!!!! CALM DOWN AND FOR GOD SAKES STOP POSTING INFO ON A PUBLIC FORUM. YOUR STUPIDITY HAS GOTTEN ME ALL EXCITED AND ANGRY!!!
I LIKE THIS FORUM AND A LOT OF THESE POSTERS BUT I WONT EVEN TELL THEM MY FUKING FIRST NAME . ALWAYS BE STINGY WITH PERSONAL INFO . LEARN BEFORE YOUR FUKING LIFE GOES TO SHAMBLES BY IDENTITY THIEVES.

Sportsbook.com is rated D- because of their well earned reputation of stealing players money.
Covers.com promotes thieving sportsbooks and deletes posts of player experiences detailing how their account balances being stolen at these crooked sportsbooks.
It is possible that the charges were not recognised and were reversed inadvertently. However, we cannot proceed with any further transactions on your account until these chargebacks have been repaid via cash transfer. The chargebacks amount to $800.00 . Please contact us over Live Chat or phone for more information about how to repay these chargebacks and resolve this issue. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. - from the email they sent this kid on page 2 or 3 of this thread...
Sounds like sportsbook.com can't even say that whoever the ********** was from was done on purpose. even more reason to give his account and winnings back since he won off a legitimate deposit.
gl dude
its lame how this sites mess with peoples money
i cant believe the horror stories about bookies in the US, shit would make me scared to bet anything large over there
this is why you only make bets like this in vegas. if you are going to bet that big, might as well fly out and handle your business in vegas
OP, stop posting here until SBR has worked on your case. Let us fill this thread with inane comments.
FWIW, I'd have been tempted to side with the sportsbook over a story like this but for the weird $800 issue and them suggesting that you repay it.
They ALWAYS pay until they don't.
Damn, that is sketchy- I have Bodog and 5dimes, do they steal it from you? I don't want to play if they're going to steal the money. Its the bookies fault for offering 13 team parlays.
wierd story. You have won 99k before but this 25k is a lifechanging amount that you need for college?
either way, hope you get paid if you did in fact earn it. GL friend
DR
you got a lot of luck on your side
