Up until a few hours ago the Sahara in Las Vegas had $1 BJ. Too bad they only paid even money on blackjacks though where the bet was less than $5.00. But as of an hour-and-a-half ago the Sahara is closed....
Best bankroll advice is to not play blackjack!:an_clap:
How can something as straightforward as columns of numbers cause so much conflict when it's just simple arithmetic?
It's not simple anything. Money is tied up with our emotions in ways we don't even notice. Each of us has a built-in attitude toward money that controls the way we spend. It's as much a part of our outlook as a sense of humour, and it doesn't change.
In my work I see four common attitudes toward money. None of them is right or wrong, better or worse than the others, but each can lead to trouble if it's not balanced. Once you've identified your type, you can build financial plans that satisfy your deep inner need.
So therefore $25 / hand cause if u get 11 on the first hand you will need to double down.
No way to win long term!! Maybe surrender a bunch and break even.
$0. Or be the house.
Unless, of course, you're a card counter, JJ.
I normally bet whatever would be the equivilent of 40 losses
$40 bank = $1 bet
$80 bank = $2 bet etc., etc.
It doesn't make a killing, but if you're patient, you can slowly build your bank up.
By the Kelly Criterion, you should be betting about -$2/hand if you're using optimal strategy.
If you goto Freemont I believe there are lots of $3-$5 games if you look, also cheap freeflowing booze as well.
assuming you know how to play correctly, what you do is
start at $2. if lose, bet $2 again. Don't chase the first losing hand.
Win back the $2 to be even. If lose again, bet $4 and keep doubling up
until you win (unless you double-up on a hand).
After that winning hand, start over at $2 and do it all over again.
If you have the Surrender option, use it frequently and adjust the
numbers. You will win like this. Stop playing when you hit $10.
Close the program, then come back in a while and do it again.
Just don't push a program, they will burn you after allowing you
to go on a little run, they will cut you off. Log off site in between
these sessions.
$2-4 gotta make it last a lil bit at least.
With a 50 dollar bankroll I would go 10, 10, 15. 15. four hands. I'm not interested in betting one or two dollars a hand. Play one on one against the dealer, stop when your goal is achieved.
1-2 dollars per hand
You need a bigger bankroll than $50 at least $100 at $5 per bet.
Mr KLC has it correct on the bankroll so you won't find a $1 table. Even if you did the players would not be very good and their mistakes would result in increased losses for you. Its just the way the game of blackjack goes. FYI the only way to win long term is by counting and eventually the casino will pick up on it. I suspect with fifty dollars your only looking for some fun, so have fun and leave it at that.
