Guess Who Voted Against New Jersey in the Supreme Court

None other than the two Ultra Liberal Broads who should be thrown off the bench. The old drunk Liberal Ruth Ginsburg, and her new buddy Sonya Sotomayor. It is time to rid this nation of the disease which is called "Liberalism".
These two terrible justices should be removed. This was a clear cut case of the Feds overstepping their right to control States. These two neo-socialist showed their true colors today.

He was probably too busy spanking it to kiddy porn or touching his grandkids inappropriately yet again to actually read the article,

Guess who didn't even want to have the supreme court hear the case? The Idiot Drumpf's solicitor General. Thankfully he was ignored.

you would blame Trump for WWII if somehow his grandfather's brother knew of someone who heard that his neighbor's cousin's cousin knew someone that went to school with Hitler.

    Still using Drumpf I see.

So, you're saying that Guesser is lying and the solicitor General really did want the case heard?

Doesn't the Solicitor General always represent the government when they are being sued? Would you expect the federal government to simply be a no show at the Supreme Court when a federal law is being challenged?

Trump has better things to do.

Yep, absolutely correct. The R party is great with this issue, and with being fiscal conservatives when they aren't in power.

another correct statement. the OP forgot how the original anti-gambling bill originated.

I know very little about what is going to happen in the states that will allow gambling. What I did read is it seems that NJ is going to allow sports betting only at certain locations. I assume race tracks and AC and maybe some stand-alone type business that caters to the sports bettor. But what about internet gambling, anybody have any info on that or is it too early to know.

I am going to assume, and maybe incorrectly, that the states will decide and the more liberal states will probably someday have internet wagering. If that happens in my state you can be sure that I will never ever deposit again in an offshore house. That is unless the terms in my state are not competitive, but I don't see that as an issue.

This new development may prompt offshores stores to institute better conditions for the player. If they lose a huge portion of US players that will take a considerable amount of revenue away. More competition, legal competition will place a heavy burden on their bottom line.

How great would it be to deposit via your checking account into a state certified and regulated gambling house? And then to receive a payout right into your checking account in a very short period of time. No more BS with bitcoin, or ** or any other crazy crap.

You know our R friends that are so aghast and against regulation of any type are now thinking, geez it would be nice to make a wager in a legal, and guaranteed safe way. lol. We don't need no stinkin regulation!
