    i see they are doing wire for withdrawls anyone tried this if so how long it take to get your funds

    It's a bit of a mess right now. I tried to withdraw the week before Christmas and got the money last week. They transferred money in my ftp account to cover the wire expenses but it wasn't enough. I went back and forth with support a few times and they transferred more to me to cover the wire fees. Rake free dollars in hand are worth more than when they're on the site but whatever.

    They have some issues they need to iron out with their payment processors and they will. Their customer service was nothing but nice and helpful the whole time. I feel safe with my money there, but if you withdraw right now you may be waiting longer than you'd like.

    i guess there is no wire fee now.... it says premium wire is free. must be due too the other issues

    Yeah, they could have solved their processor problems by now. I withdrew during the middle of their problems and expected it to take a while. I guess you'll know if they put money into your ftp account. I think the fee is something the bank usually charges the recipient of the wire.

    Unless they've totally revamped their processors in the last week, I wouldn't count on that money being there for at least 10 business days.

    i use their new POLi system. it transfers immediately. pretty nifty. i suggest all u guys use that.
