Things are looking on the up and up for Party Poker. The only one of the big three rooms to comply with pulling out of the US Market, Party saw its playing numbers slump from the most popular room to a pretty distant third.
They got a double shot of good news this week. Barney Frank's proposed legislation excludes providers who continued to offer gambling to Americans (meaning Party will at least get the jump on FTP and PokerStars into a legislated US market).
They also look set to merge with the OnGame Network which currently includes Bwin, BetFair, and Hollywood Poker amongst a host of other sites. Party could be ready for a bit of renaissance if the legislation gets passed.
