    Still nothing? Write a test email to support@pokerstars.com, and see how long they take to reply. Full Tilt needs to pick up the pace, they are ridiculous.

    I sent FullTilt two e-mails over a week ago asking for instructions on how to send an express funds transfer to them, and have STILL not received a response. Needless to say I'm no longer interested even if they ever do bother to reply...

    I love Full Tilt. But their customer service is THE WORST. Why can't they get frigging get "Live help"? Makes you wonder what the heck is going on there. Good luck and let us know when they finally responded.
