    ACR account drained

Made a deposit this morning.. Within a couple hours someone drained it while i was at work. I thought that ACR didnt allow withdraws until 24 hours after deposit so it doesnt make sense.
Has anyone ever had this issue at ACR, think after they investigate they might credit me or is it gone?

I've never heard of this happening before. I have experienced glitches where I log into a poker/sportsbook account and my balance shows as $0, but after logging out, clearing cookies and then logging back in everything is back to normal. Hopefully something like this has happened to you here.

Did you check your hand history or account logs to see where the money went? Do you live with anyone who might have had access to your account?

Imo it's definitely worth contacting ACR CS. GL.

That's from a couple of months ago and I believe whatever the hole was has been closed now.

Not sure there was ever any evidence it was an ACR employee btw. More likely something along the payment processing route I thought.

I play at ACR on a regular basis.
    I love their Omaha tournaments.

I've never experienced anything unusual there.
From deposits to withdrawals and game play, everything has been on the up and up.

    Strange.

Looks like this thread is a year old, Nasher, so keep that in mind.

    I know, thanks.
I found it odd that a year old thread was bumped, I responded to bring attention to it so I could talk about it with my partners.

Normally we would not like bumping lots of old threads without adding new information.

But I think with the drop off in new thread numbers some posters are digging for more interesting content so I have been letting it slide personally.

This particular poster seems to be trying really hard to be involved, but yeah, it is unusual activity by them

    Agree, very tight ship.
IMO, the best and fairest poker game you'll get online.
